Vaccine

Schedule

Influenza

annually, ideally in the fall

Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)

One dose, then a Td booster every 10 years.

HPV (Human Papillomavirus)

Ages 19–26, 2-3 doses over 6 months

Pneumococcal

Ages 19-64 with certain medical conditions; 1-2 doses depending on vaccine type

Hepatitis A

Two doses, 6–12 months apart

Hepatitis B

Three doses over six months

MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)

Two doses, at least 28 days apart.

Varicella (Chickenpox)

Two doses, at least 28 days apart.

Zoster (Shingles)

Ages 50 and older, two doses 2–6 months apart
