Follow these tips to resolve a bad connection


  • Our telehealth is web-based technology, we recommend using chrome browser for your connection

  • Check for computer/laptop/hand held device updates in your settings and then restart your computer

  • Plug in and charge your device

  • Connect via 4g data bandwidth or high speed internet

  • Close any background applications

  • Use another device to connect

  • You can create a support ticket on the customer portal for help with your connection
