United Medical Group is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for our patients and clients. As part of this commitment, we expect all patients and clients who utilize our telehealth services to adhere to the following standards of citizenship: 

  • Regard all personnel and providers with respect and courtesy.

  • Communicate with staff and providers using the proper language and tone

  • Provide precise and exhaustive information regarding your medical history and current health status.

  • Be on time for scheduled appointments, and if you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Follow the provider's treatment and care instructions and recommendations.

  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other patients and customers

 

Please be advised that any profanity or abusive language directed at our staff, providers, or other patients/customers, as well as any threatening or inappropriate behavior, will not be tolerated. Such conduct could result in a lifetime ban from our telehealth service, www.yourmd.online.
