Login customer service portal

Go to the upper right corner of the home page for the customer section (https://unitedmedicalgroup.freshdesk.com).

Please keep in mind that we don't have a single sign-on feature to keep healthcare portals and customer portals separate, which would help protect our users' privacy. Because of this, you need a different login for the customer service portal than you do for the healthcare provider portal.


  • Click "Sign up" if you are a new user and give your full name and email address.

  • Check your email to confirm your email address, then click on the link to finish signing up.

  • After you've finished signing up, you can go ahead and log in.

  • Go to where it says "Support Portal Login" in the header and click "Customer Login."

  • Type in your email address and password, then click the "Submit" button.

Once you log in, you can use the customer portal to:

  • Check the status of the tickets you've sent to our customer service team and see if they've been answered.

  • Check out customer support tools like articles, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and community forums.

  • Talk to our customer service team through live chat, email, or the phone.

  • Change things about your account, like your contact information.

Use the customer portal to get to any other features or services that are available.

Please keep in mind that doctors and other medical professionals also need to make a separate account in order to use the healthcare provider portal. If you are a doctor or other health care professional, please follow the same steps as above.
