Reduced effectiveness of clopidogrel

Gabapentin

Increased risk of side effects with other drugs that affect liver function

Ibuprofen

Increased risk of stomach bleeding with other blood thinners or corticosteroids

Amoxicillin

Reduced effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives

Hydrochlorothiazide

Increased risk of low potassium levels with other drugs that lower potassium

Sertraline

Serotonin syndrome with other drugs that increase serotonin levels (e.g. MAOIs)

Acetaminophen

Levofloxacin

Tramadol

Aripiprazole

Lansoprazole

Diltiazem

Increased risk of low blood pressure and heart problems with other blood pressure-lowering drugs

Carbamazepine

Increased risk of side effects with other drugs that affect liver function (e.g. rifampin, phenytoin)

Sotalol

Increased risk of irregular heart rhythms with other drugs that affect heart function (e.g. verapamil, amiodarone)

Clopidogrel

Increased risk of bleeding with other blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs

Levodopa

Reduced effectiveness with high-protein foods and other drugs that affect dopamine levels (e.g. antipsychotics, MAOIs)

Atenolol

Increased risk of low blood pressure and heart problems with other blood pressure-lowering drugs
