If you would like to opt out of our service or close your account with www.yourmd.online, please contact our support team at support@yourmd.online. You may also submit a ticket with your opt-out request on our customer service portal.

When you contact us, you may be asked to provide the reason for your opt-out request. We will then assist you in closing your account and help with the transfer of any medical records as needed.

Please note that closing your account will result in the deletion of all personal information and medical records associated with your account. It may also affect your ability to receive telehealth services from healthcare providers who use our platform.
