Company Communication Policy

At YourMD.Online, we understand the importance of clear and effective communication in maintaining the success of our telehealth company. To ensure that all communication is consistent and authorized, we have developed the following communication policy:


Official communication channel: All official communication from YourMD.Online will be conducted through the email support@yourmd.online, press@yourmd.online, news@yourmd.online, admin@yourmd.online or customer portal email (support@unitedmedicalgroup.freshdesk.com). Any communication received through other channels such as social media accounts (Instagram account: yourmdonline) may not be considered official and may not receive a response.


Authorized communication: All communication from YourMD.Online will be authorized by the company administration. Any communication purporting to be from YourMD.Online that is not authorized by the company administration should be considered fraudulent and should be reported to support@yourmd.online.


Responsibilities: All communication from YourMD.Online will be the sole responsibility of the company and will not express the views of any partners or affiliates. Note that our physician partner, United Medical Group has an official Twitter account which is not meant for communication.


Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared by our partners, clients or customers will be protected and will not be shared with any third parties without the express written consent of the disclosing party.


Transparency: We will be transparent in our communication and will provide accurate and complete information to all parties involved.


Professionalism: All communication from YourMD.Online will be conducted in a professional and respectful manner.


Communication from United Medical Group: Any communication from United Medical Group will only be from their secretary Dipika Surapaneni (dipika.surapaneni@theunitedmedicalgroup.com) or through the business phone (702-430-7801), fax (702-444-2535)
