Do you pay prior to your consultation on www.yourmd.online?

Modified on Wed, Jan 18, 2023 at 9:55 AM

At www.yourmd.online, we take your health needs seriously and prioritize your appointment execution with a provider. Please review the following points:

  • Patients will need to provide their mode of payment (credit card vs insurance) prior to their visit.

  • The consultation fee will depend on the mode of consultation (audio vs video), duration of the visit, and if it is via insurance, the company will go through the billing department to bill the patient's insurance based on the appropriate consultation billing level.

  • Once the consultation is completed, patients will be directed to make a payment through our billing checkout page.

  • Patients will receive an email with a checkout page link to pay with their personal credit or debit card.

  • Payments are due in full, including a small transaction fee and sales tax, after each visit.

  • Any unpaid visit will accrue a 5% interest charge monthly, as outlined in our financial policy. This also includes any returned checks which will be charged a fee.

  • Unpaid charges may also include the collection process, which may negatively affect your credit.

  • If a patient is covered by a government policy, they will not receive a payment request.
